Pink Inspiration at the Quilt Show

Last Saturday was the annual
"Sisters Outdoor Quilt Show"
Since we live very near Sisters and the weather was perfect for strolling about, we decided to attend the quilt show.
They close off the main road and you can walk right up the middle of the street to enjoy all the beauty!

There were lots of people and lots of quilts!

"hey" LillySue! I LOVE all of these quilts! This must have been so much fun to attend! Again, we have NOTHING like that HERE! Loved the animals-quilt that Holly liked.. and the expresso one too!.. but they are ALL so beautiful, colorful, and inspiring! (oh! and I liked your hats too!) I did not post for Pink Saturday today, as I seem to have come down with a touch of the flu, and am on the couch much of the time right now. But I just couldn't miss this quilt show! I'm glad I could stop by and see everybody's beautiful work! Happy Pink Saturday to you!

♥Happy Pink Satuday♥
Really cold (50s) in upper Michigan today with a dark sky. I need all the pink I can get this morning. Thanks so much for helping lift my spirits!

Wishing you a weekend filled with sunshine and happiness.

What a colorful display of handiwork. It always amazes me when I quilts finished. I know it represents hundreds of hours of labor. Inspiring.

Oh thank you so much. As a quilter of many years of course the Sisters show is well-known and famous to me. It was so wonderful for you to have taken these great pics, I have never been!

I did get to a small show in Julian, CA 2 weeks ago, (one of Eleanor Burns' homes/retreat cities) and got to see quilts she actually made and some vintage ones in her collection. It was so nice!

Happiest of Pink Saturdays to you!
