Darling Deer Babies

Look who came for a visit today!

I created a berm between us and our neighbors when we did our addition. It helps block his driveway since our wall of living room windows looks out that way. I built a waterfall and hubby put in a small pond at the bottom. I usually shoo the deer out of here since they like to eat my garden.

When I saw these spotty babies there with their Mama, I just didn't have the heart to scare them away.

Mama meandered over to the clover patch in the front yard while the babies were happy to stay and frolic on the berm.

We seem to have late babies this year...
Aren't they just so cute when they still have their spots!

Oh my gosh... I LOVE this! I would have cover my own mouth, just to not scare them away with my own excitement! What a BEAUTIFUL sight to see right from your own window!.. and though I know it is certainly none of my business, and I definitely don't mean to tell you what to do... but I have to say.. "AND YOU WANT TO MOVE??????!!" No way!! (0;

They are precious.We have lots around here as well.Infact we have alot of signs warning about deer running out from the woods.Its horrible when one darts out and hits the car.The deer usually continues but some cars have been in bad shape.

Oh LilySue, what a wonderful blessing on this beautiful Sunday. God is still speaking even through his heavenly creatures. What a wonderful surprise. I am so jealous. We won't be seeing any of those here in the desert. Country Hugs sweetie and thanks so much for sharing. Sherry

We had late babies this year too. How could we deprive them from the garden it is so hard, I have just planted so much that it helps to make the yard full so I don't miss too much, except for the roses.
