Pretty Places in my Pink Bedroom

Welcome to our Pink master bedroom. Hubby is color blind, so pink kinda looks like khaki to him, heehe!! This is a corner of my built in vanity. I like having the glass hand to hang all my bracelets on since D Daughter and I love to bead. I keep the jewelry I wear the most often in the vintage powder box. It still smells like powder inside and the scent reminds me of one of my Grandmas.

I love apothecary jars....actually I just love jars in general!

The hat is one of D Daughters outgrown Easter bonnets.

I LOVE dolls, especially Middleton baby dolls.

This is on the wall next to my vanity. On the top is a fancy pair of black seed beaded high heeled pumps and a fru fru vintage hat with netting.

****Have a Happy Pink Saturday****
Stop at Beverly's for more!

Blessings~LillySue

You're a lucky duck that he sees khaki! My husband freaks out if I put pink anywhere but the guest bathroom!

Just what every pink lover needs, a husband who is color blind! Your pink pretties are beautiful. Happy Pink Saturday and Mother's Day! ♥

Too funny! Lucky you, poor husband, that he is color blind.

I too think of my grandmother when I smell those vintage powder containers. I remember that when I was a little girl she would let me take a bath at her self and and after toweling off, let me use that huge body puff! That was so much fun!

Thanks for the walk down memory lane,
Valerie

How absolutely wonderful! Beverly sure knew what she was doing when she created a place for all of us "pinkies" to congregate and share our "pinkness".

Happy Mother's Day to you. I hope you find yourself surrounded by those you love, good food, and a gentle peace in your ♥. We don't need to be a mother to know a mother's life. After all we all started out with a mom, didn't we?☺

I thought that was so funny when you said your husband saw pink as khaki! You're getting away with a lot, but I enjoyed seeing all your pink things!

I'm laughing at Betty Jo's comment....LOL! Your room is just lovely and I really like the corner shelves you have. I noticed you have a sweet baby nursery planter. I've been recently collecting them. I've been lucky enough to find them for ninety-nine cents at Goodwill.
