Pink Pixie Dust

Our Grand Opening day at "Pixie Dust Cottage"
This was my shop in Sisters, Oregon.
It has been closed for a couple of years now.
I painted the big and little signs.
I loved the look of the pink daisy!
Click on pics to make them bigger!

I loved hunting down vintage children's wear to sell.
This beautiful, new, cream, vintage style iron crib is for sale. I used it for display.
If you live in Oregon and are interested, I will sell it to you wholesale...just email me!

I am so addicted to baby stuff!!

I sold a bunch of the cute, little pink polka dot tea sets down on the shelf. For some reason, Grandma's went nuts for them!!
My hair was still short then, heehe!
I hope you enjoyed your visit to
Pixie Dust Cottage

Father's Day Reunion: Dad, this one is for you!

OK, Before anyone say's "Doesn't this Gal own any other tops...Yes, I do but I got this one earlier this year and it is my FAVORITE...So, I wear it when I do something special.....I just happen to blog everything special, so you keep seeing it, heehe!
I L*O*V*E this above photo!!
It is me with my three cousins that live in Portland. They are my Uncle Dick and Aunt Joella's three boys..Grady, Royce and Aaron. I am the oldest. We had just some of the best times together growing up. Grady taught me how to spin in cowpies. You had to have cowboy boots on to do this and it was most fun if they were crusty on top and soft on the bottom.
Hey...we were kids!!

The "Girls"

The "Guys"

Aaron's daughter Abby.
We had not seen her before...
She fell for Jesse immediately and came into the kitchen asking,
"Where is my Prince??"
She stuck to him like glue all day, heehe!

Lots of good eats!

Even more chatting!

Me and Bess....
The brace face twins.
She gets hers off on the 29th, mine come off on the 1st. Woohoo!!

The next generation

Alissa's first car

Pink Saturday: Honoring Eloise Wilkin

Don't you just L*O*V*E the illustrations of Eloise Wilkin?
They remind me of the sweet, gentle time childhood should be.

I love the peachy pink of his little cheeks, the freckles are pure bliss!

Vintage Picnic : Junk Party Entry!

Howdy~Hey Ya'all
Welcome to my "Junk Party" entry!
I LOVE vintage picnic junk

My picnic basket collection. These are great because you can use them to store decor items you are not displaying at the time. I have one more, but it is up on a high shelf with a plant on it.

I like old Thermos's. I have several of the standard red plaid but love to find cool, unique graphics and unusual lids. Do you have any of these??

I like them in blue...

RED

And Green!!

Hey, how did that Farm Chicks cookbook get out here! Can't keep those Gals away from a good junk party, teehee!!

Do you collect vintage picnic stuff?? I would LOVE to see it!
Thanks for stopping by!
Make sure you pop over to Kennesha's for the rest of the

Farm Chicks: Pink Edition!

Welcome back for
MORE FARM CHICKS!!
This cheerful bag was from the "Tarte" booth. Holly bought this precious mossy nest from "The King" of Tarte. He wrapped it up in paper and put it in the pink bag. Holly loves the bag almost as much as the nest!
Look at this frothy vintage crinoline Holly got

She bought this vintage hat also

Here is Lisa from "A Thing For Roses". She sold Holly her new crinoline. Lisa had an amazing booth. Her painted furniture was the loveliest I saw!! She also had the prettiest blog badge a dear friend had made for her.

Make sure you click on the picture so you can get a good view of
Lisa's goodies!

Here is Holly at another one of our favorite booths....
It was a PINK delight!

Shirley had everything arranged perfectly.
Make sure you pop in for a visit

Here is Amanda and Cindy Panagos at their wonderful Mother/Daughter booth called
"Happy Endings"

I bought this beautiful robin's egg blue teacup set at their booth. Doesn't it look nice sitting on my pink chest!

I bought this Heavenly scented soy candle from Amy at
It is in a sweet vintage sugar bowl. I can't believe I did not get a picture of her booth. It was one of my favorites!! I LOVE this candle!!

I also got these vintage cloth napkins at another booth. I don't remember which one, yikes!!

Here is another great spot...Don't you LOVE her apron!!

I showed the Chap's booth in another post but here is a couple more peeks!

Farm Chicks Too!

The "Barn House" Boys
Need I say more??

Love this!!
They were so nice to allow me to take some photos.
Thanks Guys!!

I hope we can make it to one of the "Barn People" shows!

I saw these canisters and really wanted them....sigh.
Don't remember which booth they were in.
Canisters are another one of my weaknesses.

Isn't this chair adorable!!
It is by "Chick Chairs"
The Gal was missing and her hubbs was working the booth. (Gee, I wonder if she was out shopping...Duh!) I asked if he was the "Rooster of Chick Chairs"? He said he guessed so. He agreed to being Hen Pecked, heehe!!

I could so have the robin's egg blue ones in my dining room....Hmmmm
Maybe I should get me some cans of spray paint!!

I caught Aunti Joy visiting the "Rain City Chicks". I think she spread "Joy" everywhere she went!!

This Gal was SOooo nice and had the greatest aprons. She is Arlene from
Her market bags are perfect!!
Gossamer had awesome crowns

Jacquie at "Twiggy 59" had a VERY fun booth!

More fun booths

This is the "Chaps" booth.
How cute are her pigtails??!
Luv um!

I wanted to bring some gerbera daisies home so bad but we agreed they would not make it thru the 7 hour drive in a warm car, sigh....

Make sure you pop in again Sat. for
Farm Chicks in the Pink!
