My Baby??

Jesse started High School this week, sniff sniff.

He is my baby.....

It seems like just yesterday he was a "little" guy.

Here he is with Daddy the summer before last.

Here they are deep sea fishing for the first time.
It was Spring Break 2008
We went to the Florida Keys...He lives to fish.

I took this picture earlier this week..sob, sniff...
Just earlier this year he was shorter than me.
Daddy is about 5'10"or so.....
Do you think he would stop growing if I quit feeding him?
It would really help my budget since he eats
every 20 minutes.
He has grown about a foot in a year and a half
YIKES!
My baby brother is 6'3"
I guess there is no fighting it.
He will ALWAYS be my baby boy though!!

Also wanted to let you know we are plugging away on the kitchen/great room redo.

I have been doing the tile backsplash
in the kitchen this week. My hands are so dry from the mortar
but the tile is looking great! I hope to get to the grout
by tonight. We decided this week to put river rock
over our old wood stove surround too....
That is this weekends project.
More mortar and grout!
My parents come from
Arkansas to visit us in two weeks...
I gotta work FASTER!!

Life is so full right now I am stretched kinda thin,
but all is good and I am going to bed each night with
that satisfied feeling of having got tons done!
I look forward to doing LOTS of catching up and
visiting when our work is done soon!!
